After almost 20 years working for Scandinavias largest and most important port - Port of Gothenburg - I decided to start up my own consultancy firm from beginning of 2018 - Dutt CSR Consulting AB.
My main goal is to focus 100% on my passion for sustainability by helping and inspiring other organisations to make real difference - for the planet, for the people and for the profit.
And YES I would love to come back to the international port scene and work with the international port community.
My experience in short:
- 20 years of experience from strategic environmental work, mainly from the port sector.
- 10 years of experience from developing and leading the CSR-agenda for Port of Gothenburg.
- 5 years of experience from sustainability reporting (GRI G4) including stakeholder dialogue, materiality analysis and incorporation of Agenda 2030.
MBA-International Business Program, specialisation environmental economics/Spanish as language.
Previously Chairman of the board of Sweden´s largest multidisciplinary organisation for CSR issues: CSR West Sweden, www.csrvastsverige.se, representative of The Swedish Ports Association in the ESPO - European Sea Ports Organization's - Sustainable Development Committee and Manager of the Onshore Power Supply project within World Ports Climate Initiative.
Used to lead projects and communicate sustainability work on all levels within an organisation both nationally and internationally.
The positions I have had at Port of Gothenburg are as Environmental Controller, Sustainability Manager, Quality Manager & Sustainability Specialist.
Fluent in Swedish, English and Spanish.
Receiving the Energy Globe Award in Austria in 2011 for Port of Gothenburg´s successful work with introducing Onshore Power Supply for vessels at quay.
Introducing the criterias for the award "the most valuable business" in 2017.
The Port of Gothenburg sustainability report for 2016 was nominated among the best sustainability reports in Sweden (click on the picture).
