We supported Pomona-gruppen in developing a comprehensive Code of Business Conduct and Ethics aligned with international standards such as the UN Global Compact, OECD Guidelines, and upcoming EU regulations including CSRD/ESRS.
The Code provides clear, actionable guidance for employees, management, and board members, covering key areas such as human rights, anti-corruption, diversity and inclusion, and responsible business practices. It establishes a shared framework for ethical decision-making across the entire organisation and strengthens internal accountability.
