We supported two corporate groups, comprising 70+ and 25+ companies respectively, in selecting, implementing, and operating digital ESG platforms (Position Green) to enable structured and reliable sustainability data across their organisations.
Our work covered the full lifecycle, from platform selection and onboarding to configuration, data modelling, and operational support. We translated requirements from frameworks such as CSRD, and customer-specific demands into practical platform structures within Position Green, ensuring consistent data collection, validation, and reporting across all entities.
Acting as a super user and operational owner, we supported both group-level and company-level needs, including coordination of data collection, quality assurance, and training of internal stakeholders. This ensured that the platform was not only technically implemented, but also embedded in governance, processes, and day-to-day operations.
By bridging sustainability, finance, IT, and operations, we enabled the groups to move from fragmented data to integrated, comparable, and audit-ready sustainability reporting across multiple companies.
