In our role as Chief Sustainability Officer & Junior Consultants, we supported Pomona-gruppen in establishing a Sustainability Team bringing together professionals with dedicated, full-time sustainability roles across selected companies within the group.
The initiative was a natural step in the development of the group’s sustainability work, creating a structured forum for ongoing dialogue, peer support, and sharing of best practices. The team enables those working hands-on with sustainability to exchange experiences, align approaches, and support each other in addressing common challenges.
Rather than a formal governance structure, the Sustainability Team functions as a collaborative network, strengthening internal capabilities and supporting the practical implementation of sustainability initiatives across the group.
