We supported Pomona-gruppen in designing and implementing a group-wide approach to double materiality assessment in preparation for CSRD/ESRS reporting requirements.
The work included developing a comprehensive, step-by-step guidance framework and supporting tools for all subsidiaries and business units, enabling them to independently identify, assess, and document their material sustainability topics. The methodology covered the full process, from understanding business context and stakeholder expectations to identifying and assessing impacts, risks, and opportunities across the value chain.
In addition, we provided ongoing support, workshops, and quality assurance, ensuring consistency in methodology, interpretation, and documentation across the group. This enabled Pomona-gruppen to consolidate results and establish a robust, group-wide set of material sustainability topics aligned with ESRS requirements.
